Michael Hansen

Founder and President

Michael Hansen has gained extensive experience from his work in internationally recognised creative environments. In 2003 he visualised the idea of DubLi as a powerful market player in the rapidly growing eCommerce market. Michael Hansen holds a degree as a mechanical engineer and worked in the late eighties and early nineties as a developer in the Danfoss Group. Later, he was recruited by LEGO and was responsible for theme world development and designs. In 1996 Michael Hansen became self-employed and was the owner of a successful chain of franchise restaurants which he sold off in 1999 to pursue a career in the network marketing industry. He has twice managed to achieve the absolute top position in US-based network marketing companies within the sectors of telecommunication and finance. Today, Michael oversees the direction of DubLi and acts as a motivator for the fast-growing number of business associates to ensure their continued success. As a business leader, Michael Hansen sets high standards for himself and others.

Kent Lee Holmstoel

Chairman

MA in finance, 25 years of top level management experience. He has for more than a decade worked as a strategic advisor and board member in fast growing international companies.  Mr. Holmstoel has prior experience as managing director in an IT company and was recently a director in OIB International. He is also a recognized author on financial subjects.

Andreas Kusche

Head of Legal Department

Andreas studied at the renowned Humboldt University in Berlin, as well as at the University of Alicante in Spain. Additionally, he launched a film production company and was a consultant to an international film fund. After completing his law studies, he applied for admission as an attorney and joined the Härting firm, specialists for media law in Berlin. There he worked, among other things, in the fields of national and international tax law, and completed the tax law examination successfully. He has over seven years experience in advising media production companies, and was especially active in the fields of media finance and media funds.

Martin A. Berns

Director and CEO of BSP Rewards

Mr. Berns is the founder of BSP Rewards. He has over 40 years experience as a marketing consultant, including business planning and implementation, franchising , network marketing, direct marketing and advertising. Early in his career he ran a branch office for a New York advertising agency and then established his own advertising and marketing firm. As early as the 1960's Mr. Berns was the architect of a stamp based rewards program whose clients included many national companies.

Alfred Fernandez

Chief Financial Officer of MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Fernandez was appointed chief financial officer and corporate secretary effective December 18, 2007. From 2004 to May 2007, Mr. Fernandez served as chief financial officer of Money Express Financial Corp., an international money service company. From 2002 to 2004, he served as a divisional controller at Ivax Corporation. Prior to 2002, Mr. Fernandez held the position of chief financial officer at Girosol Corp. He has served in the position of controller and chief financial officer for over 15 years. Mr. Fernandez is an active CPA and has a J.D. from Seton Hall University.

Xander P. Erkamp

Senior .net developer

Mr. Erkamp was introduced to e-commerce in year 2000 working in Amsterdam for Sykes and has substantial knowledge and experience throughout on all aspects of internet trading.  By working with the search engine Lycos he excelled his programming skills.
